fire island was pretty awesome for being only 2 hours away from new york city. we were in a share-house/shack right on the beach for a 100/person for the whole weekend which was quite a steal. lay on the beach and got a tan during the day and at night was attacked by mozzies because i think they liked the scent/taste of my honey and shea butter moisturizer. yum.

went sailing last week on lake michigan which was pretty awesome for being right next to the city too. amazing how much i've forgotten about sailing- sheets?? gybes?? cunningham?? what??

wish summer wasn't ending in two weeks. i've only just started having fun!
