jia you might wanna take a look this.. Read the 3rd entry on Wednesday, September 07, 2005, on http://www.curbed.com. It's a brand new tribeca loft. There's an open house this sunday, 1-3pm, if you want a look. its a $2.85m piece of property and i think it looks cool enough to deserve a peek! And Also! might be visiting you sooner than you know it. so keep in touch...=) J
